Our mission is to help individuals heal, discover their identity, and walk confidently in purpose while creating stronger, united communities.

Many underserved communities face barriers to mentorship, positive role models, entrepreneurship exposure, career development, financial literacy, life-skills education, and access to consistent support systems. Unity Empowerment Collective Inc. was created to help bridge those gaps by providing meaningful programs and resources that foster personal growth, emotional wellness, leadership development, creative skill-building, workforce readiness, and community engagement. Through mentorship, education, and empowerment, we are committed to helping individuals discover their potential, build confidence, and create lasting impact within their families and communities.

Shamara Frazier
Unity Empowerment Collective Inc. was founded by Shamara E. Frazier, a business owner, speaker, mentor, community advocate, and creative entrepreneur with a heart for serving women, youth, and families. Through her experience in business ownership, community service, youth engagement, entrepreneurship, and program development, Shamara created Unity Empowerment Collective Inc. to provide structured programs that help others heal, grow, lead, and walk confidently in purpose.
